Abstract

There are around 20 million people worldwide suffering from schizophrenia. In Indonesia there is an increase in the number of schizophrenic clients, which were originally 1.7 per 1000 to 7 per 1000 population of Indonesia where Central Java is in the fifth position of mental disorders. The symptoms of schizophrenia are divided into 2 categories, positive and negative. Positive symptoms that can appear in schizophrenic clients, one of which is the risk of experiencing behavioral disorders, namely violent behavior. Violent behavior can result in loss of individual control so that it has the potential to hurt oneself, attack others and damage the environment. The purpose of this study is to describe nursing care from assessment to evaluation of schizophrenic clients with a focus on the study of the risk of violent behavior through interventions to control spiritual anger with murrotal ayat kursi. This research includes field research using descriptive analytic methods through case exposure with the nursing process approach. Research subjects are schizophrenic clients with risk of violent behavior. In this study using the instrument aggression questionnaire to measure the level of client aggression. The results showed the provision of nursing care to schizophrenic clients with the risk of violent behavior through intervention to control spiritual anger with murrotal ayat kursi showed improvement in the condition of the client which has a significant influence on mental status decline and aggression scores.

Abstract

College students are vulnerable to experiencing psychosocial problems. Psychological stressors cause changes in a person's life so they are forced to adapt or cope with stressors that arise. . Changes in learning methods become one of the triggers for psychological changes, one of which is anxiety. Anxiety affects student learning outcomes, because it tends to produce confusion and distortion of perception. Prolonged anxiety that occurs continuously can cause stress that interferes with daily activities. If not resolved can lead to more serious psychological problems such as depression. Student anxiety, stress and depression are further enhanced by the existence of the Covid-19 pandemic with online learning methods. The study aims to determine the level of student anxiety in the learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive analytic approach. The research sample was 190 college students, the study was conducted in May 2020 on the students of Akper Dharma Wacana. . The sampling technique used is total sampling.The research instrument used the DASS-21 questionnaire. Data were analyzed univariately with a frequency distribution. The results of the study found that the majority of psychological problems experienced by student in the online learning process are anxiety, A total of 79 students experienced mild anxiety, 23 students experienced mild stress and 7 experienced mild depression.

Abstract

Using social media can be reviewed through teens using social media. The intensity of the use of social media teenagers reaches one-sixth of the time in one day. This study aims to explore the use of social media in 10th-grade high school teenagers in Malang. This research uses descriptive. The measuring instrument used is the intensity questionnaire of social media use adopted from the Ardari research questionnaire. The number of samples in this study was 124 adolescents with a descriptive analysis method. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The intensity of the use of social media in 10th-grade teenagers in Malang is relatively high. The highest parameter of intensity use of social media with a high category is in the aspect of appreciation.

Abstract

Infancy is the starting point according to the capabilities and abilities that are formed. The age of the baby has a developmental task that must be questioned, namely trust and suspicion, which is not fulfilled so that it can cause fear there will be no comfort from the environment so that this baby develops suspicion for others and does not trust other people as well. Therapeutic group therapy (TKT) is one type of therapy that helps complete the development of infants, one of which is the development of motor skills. The purpose of reporting this case is to further resolve the application of TKT in improving infant motor development. The method used in this scientific work is a case report. The intervention was carried out on six family that has babies 0-6 months with a priority nursing diagnosis that is enforced is the readiness to increase the infant's age. Interventions were carried out in groups where each group consisted of 6-10 people. Improving the ability of infants through discussion and interviews after the intervention is carried out. The interventions given were generalist therapy and therapeutic group therapy (TKT). The author uses a workbook and a therapeutic evaluation book for Therapeutic Groups (TKT) to determine the understanding of baby's abilities. The results obtained are group therapy that can provide increased motor skills in infants.

Abstract

Children who are hospitalized will experience anxiety because of facing invasive actions such as intravenous installation in the hospital. Anxiety makes children feel weak so that they make children cry, scream, and fight. Overcoming this level of anxiety requires family support to relieve the pressure felt by the child. This study aims to identify the relationship of family support with the level of anxiety of children at the time of intravenous installation. The design of this study used descriptive corrosion with a monthly population of 44 people and the sampling technique was done by accidental sampling technique, as many as 40 respondents of preschool children aged 3-6 years. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire. The results showed that the support given by the family to children was a good majority of 27 people (67.5%) and there was a moderate majority anxiety level of 26 people (65%) with a p-value = 0,000 <0.05 and there is a significant relationship between family support and the anxiety level of preschool children at the time of intravenous installation in the emergency room at Sari Mutiara Hospital in Medan.

Abstract

Schizophrenia is a mental disorder characterized by symptoms such as hallucinations and delusions. These symptoms can affect the quality of life in people with schizophrenia. From the data of Tanjung Paku Health Center, which suffers from schizophrenia as many as 46 people. The purpose of this study was to describe the life quality factors of schizophrenics in the working area of Tanjung Paku health center in Solok city in 2019. The purpose of this study was to describe the life quality factors of schizophrenics in the working area of Tanjung Paku health center in Solok city in 2019. This research is descriptive, carried out on June 11 to June 13, 2019 in the working area of Tanjung Paku Health Center, Solok City. The population in this study were all schizophrenic patients in the working area of Tanjung Paku Community Health Center in Solok City, amounting to 46 people. Sampling is done by means of total sampling totaling 25 people. Data is collected by means of observation and interviews, data processing is done by univariata analysis. The results of the study of 25 respondents found that most (56.0%) of respondents had poor physical health, most (68.8%) of respondents had bad social, most (56.0%) respondents had uncontrolled emotions, most of them (72%) respondents who can do activities well.

Abstract

The phenomenon that occurs in adolescents is about the use of coping mechanisms that affect mental emotional conditions, due to the many behavioral deviations that occur in adolescents such as saying harshly to the teacher even to hitting the teacher and fighting between groups which is one of the emotional mental disorders. The purpose of this study was to determine the mental emotional state of adolescents in SMP Pekanbaru. This type of research is quantitative using descriptive design. The samples in this study were 216 people with stratified random sampling technique. The measuring instrument used was the Strenght And Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) Questionnaire to measure mental emotional states. This study uses univariate analysis. Adolescent mental emotional conditions as many as 78 people (36.1%) adolescents experience mental emotional conditions abnormal category, as many as 76 people (35.2%) adolescents with mental emotional conditions are normal categories, and as many as 62 people (28.7%) adolescents experience mental emotional state of the borderline category.

Abstract

The practice of mental health care performed by nurses in mental hospitals requires nurses to also provide spiritual care. Nurses who have a healthy spiritual state can certainly provide good spiritual care to their patient. Unfortunately, nurses admit that in practice, this spiritual element is often overlooked and not considered important in practice. This study aims to examine the health and spiritual well-being of mental health nurses working in mental health care facilities (hospital based). This research was a pilot study using Mix Method (MM), the design of this study was a sequential research design (Qual-Quant) between quantitative and qualitative study. Data collection was carried out using a self-administered survey and using the SHALOM (Spiritual Health and life orientation measure) instrument from Fisher which had a total of 22 questions. Quantitative data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics, while qualitatively, the data were analyzed using the thematic analysis method. A total of 22 mental health nurses participated in this research project. This number represents the nurses who work in all wards in mental hospitals. Researchers used the cluster sampling method to select participants who were given questionnaires and the snowball sampling method to find suitable informants to be interviewed. This research shows nurses expressing worship of the Creator (Mean = 4.54, SD = 0.59) as the most important thing in the ideal standard of health and spiritual well-being. Likewise, with daily life and practice (Mean = 3.81, SD = 1.68). Nurses assess their health and spiritual well-being were more determined by the transcendental domain, especially with religious rituals. This study concluded that nurses have a well-distributed state of health and spiritual well-being ranging from the personal domain to transcendence, with dominance in the transcendence domain.
